It takes a keen sense of quality to make it in this world. Fortunately for my acquaintance Andrew hes got plenty of that. Simon Cowell from those talent shows knows a little bit about Andrews attention to detail. Gordon Ramsay’s standards are a little low compared to my acquaintance.
I love Andrew very much, after all we grew up together. But as you know some things change with time. We haven’t just hung out in over a decade. Why do these things happen? I wish I could put a pause on the social norms of life, and ask him what happened.
I bought him two gifts that i ended up not giving him. Just because we haven’t seen one another in a while. A bottle of wine for his wedding, and a J Daniel Flask just because I thought he might like it. I drank the wine and never was able to meet up with him so just kept the flask.
Andrew my childhood friend. There’s still a chance to hang out like we used to. I know I’ve been a little standoffish, but come on. Some people might say he and his wife are little too preoccupied with less important things. They’d also say that I am kind of extreme. But I don’t care what anyone thinks! Our friendship may have been on hold, but I like to think change can happen at any moment.
Always be there for your Family and Friends. If they reject you that’s fine at least they know they have someone to return to if need be. With me and Andrew I’m gonna try again even though it’s been years. What’s the worse that can happen. With the attitude I just mentioned you are bound to make a difference in the lives of the people you meet!
